By Order № 2-2/96 of the Director of the LEPL – Rail Transport Agency of Georgia, dated 17 August 2026, the NNLE "Railway Transport College" was granted the status of an entity authorized to conduct training for the specialist in the transportation of dangerous goods.

We hereby inform you that, in accordance with the amendments made to the Railway Code of Georgia and to the "Rules for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail," approved by Decree №17 of the Government of Georgia dated 22 January 2025, organizations whose activities are related to the transportation of dangerous goods by rail will be required, starting from 1 January 2027, to have at least one certified specialist in the transportation of dangerous goods on staff.

The NNLE Railway Transport College treats its educational reputation with particular responsibility and will once again offer trainees a high-quality training course, upon completion of which a person will be able to meet the requirements established by legislation and successfully obtain the specialist in the transportation of dangerous goods certificate issued by the Rail Transport Agency of Georgia.
